Miles Heizer and Liam Oh lead an irreverent coming-of-age tale in Netflix series Boots.

Based on the memoir The Pink Marine by Greg Cope White, the military drama follows the closeted Cameron Cope and his best friend Ray McAffey who join the US Marine Corps in the 1990s, when being gay in the military was illegal.

The show’s cast also includes Vera Farmiga, Max Parker, Cedrick Cooper, Ana Ayora, Angus O’Brien, Dominic Goodman, Kieron Moore, Nicholas Logan, Rico Paris and Blake Burt.

All eight episodes were released on Netflix on October 9, 2025.
