Four clubs have secured their spots in the Nigeria Women’s Football League (NWFL) Championship from the NWFL Nationwide after a fiercely contested qualifying series held in Abuja from October 10 to 17, 2025.

Rangers Women FC, C2E Sports Academy, Rosaria Victrix, and Solo Wonders emerged as the standout sides, each earning promotion after impressive displays in Abuja.

Rangers Women FC confirmed their place with a narrow 1-0 win over Plateau Queens in their final match of the qualification series on Friday, October 17.

C2E Sports Academy also sealed promotion on Friday after a hard-fought 2-0 victory over Osklean. The team’s disciplined approach and consistency paid off, marking a significant milestone in their history.

Solo Wonders were ruthless in their final outing, hammering Sporting Angels 8-0 in one of the most commanding performances of the eight team tournament.

Rosaria Victrix booked their ticket despite playing out a goalless draw with Alexander Queens, finishing top of their group on points.

With this achievement, Rangers Women, Solo Wonders, and Rosaria Victrix will be making their first-ever appearances in the Nigeria Women’s Football League Championship. The trio will now join C2E Sports Academy to compete among Nigeria’s finest women’s football clubs in the second tier next season.
