Method

  1. Place the ice cream and Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Shake into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add ice for a thicker consistency.
  3. Transfer the mixture to 2 serving glasses.
  4. Using food safe gloves, place the marshmallow onto a piece of parchment paper and microwave for 20 seconds.
  5. Pick up the marshmallow and press it between your hands.
  6. It will melt and once you separate your hands, the marshmallow will form strings (webbing).
  7. Carefully cover the serving glass with marshmallow webbing. Serve.
