Dry Cleaning announce 2026 UK, European and North American tour

Dry Cleaning have announced headline shows in the UK, Europe and North America for 2026. Find all the details below.

The south London post-punk band will hit the road early next year in support of their third studio album, ‘Secret Love’, which is released on January 9 via 4AD. Pre-order/pre-save here.

Kicking off in Chicago on January 23, the forthcoming trek also features Dry Cleaning’s biggest headline gigs to date at The Wiltern in Los Angeles and the previously announced O2 Academy Brixton in London.

Other stops on the US and Canada leg include Toronto, Montreal, Brooklyn, Nashville, Atlanta, Dallas, Austin, San Francisco and Portland.

In the spring, Dry Cleaning will head to Europe for dates in Berlin, Copenhagen, Hamburg, Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris.

They’ll then return to the UK and Ireland for performances in Dublin, Limerick, Cardiff, Birmingham, Glasgow and Manchester. The group’s big show in Brixton is scheduled to take place on Wednesday April 22.

YHWH Nailgun will open for Dry Cleaning at the North American concerts. A support act for the rest of the dates has not yet been confirmed.

Dry Cleaning have already previewed the upcoming ‘Secret Love’ with the single ‘Hit My Head All Day’. The track was written around the time of the last US election, and shows the “evolution” of frontperson Florence Shaw’s “signature mix of absurdism and sensitivity”, per a press release.

Shaw wrote the LP in various practice rooms with her bandmates – guitarist Tom Dowse, drummer Nick Buxton and bassist Lewis Maynard – with production coming from Cate Le Bon (Deerhunter, Devendra Banhart, Wilco, Horsegirl).

Over the summer, Dry Cleaning supported The Maccabees at their All Points East 2025 reunion show. Early last year, they won the Best Recording Package award at the Grammys for their ‘Stumpwork’ album artwork.

NME gave the LP a glowing five-star review, describing it as “a record that, when given the requisite time and attention, offers unfathomable depths to explore”.

Speaking to NME about ‘Stumpwork’, Dowse said: “I think there’s more space in it. When you do the first one, every take you do you’re anxious, like, ‘This has to be the one’. When you do the second [album], you realise it doesn’t have to be the one – you just do your thing and then try something.

“Sometimes it gets on [the album], sometimes it doesn’t. I guess you just put yourself under a bit less pressure, and that made a big difference.”
