Netflix has just released the first trailer for Jingle Bell Heist, a new Christmas romantic comedy that stars Olivia Holt and Connor Swindells. The movie is set to hit Netflix on November 26.

Jingle Bell Heist tells the story of two thieves, Sophie, played by Olivia Holt, and Nick, played by Connor Swindells.

Both have their eyes on the same department store in London during Christmas. Sparks fly as their plans collide, leading to a mix of romance, comedy, and chaos.

The cast also includes Lucy Punch as Cynthia, Peter Serafinowicz as Maxwell Sterling, Poppy Drayton as Brianna, Michael Salami as Ralph, and Mariah Louca as Lori.

The film is directed by Michael Fimognari and written by Abby McDonald. In fact, McDonald’s screenplay for Jingle Bell Heist made it onto the 2022 “Black List,” which highlights some of the most-liked screenplays that hadn’t been made into movies yet, according to industry sources. The movie is being produced by Matt Kaplan for ACE Entertainment.

Filming started in December 2023, with most of the shooting happening in London. Fans have been eagerly waiting, and now with the first trailer out, they finally get a glimpse of the festive fun and cheeky heist that’s coming their way.

Netflix announced in August 2025 that the movie would premiere on their platform on November 26.
