Fans got an exciting first look at Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 during New York Comic Con, where Marvel revealed the first trailer for the new season.

Charlie Cox returned as Matt Murdock/Daredevil and shared the stage with Krysten Ritter, who is officially back in the MCU as Jessica Jones. The second season is set to premiere on Disney+ in March 2026.

The trailer gave fans a major surprise with the return of Jessica Jones, reprising her role from the Netflix series and her appearances in The Defenders.

Matt Murdock and Karen Page share a romantic kiss and dance, Matthew Lillard debuts as the villain Mr. Charles, Jessica Jones interacts with Foggy Nelson who has returned yes, Kingpin is shown both boxing and running an underground prison, and Bullseye enjoys a vanilla milkshake with a cherry on top.

Season 1 of Daredevil: Born Again debuted on Disney+ earlier this year bringing back many of the original Netflix cast. Cox, who previously played Daredevil in Spider-Man: No Way Home, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, and Echo, led the show.

The first season focused on Matt Murdock facing off against Wilson Fisk, who became mayor of New York City. Foggy Nelson and Karen Page, played by Henson and Deborah Ann Woll, returned as Matt’s closest friends. However, the premiere shocked viewers when Bullseye, played by Wilson Bethel, killed Foggy, leaving Matt in a deep depression and retiring his Daredevil persona.

Ahead of Season 2, it was confirmed that Ritter would return as Jessica Jones, and horror star Matthew Lillard is joining the cast. The series has already been renewed for a third season.

Other returning cast members include Margarita Levieva, Zabryna Guevara, Nikki James, Genneya Walton, Arty Froushan, Clark Johnson, Michael Gandolfini, and Ayelet Zurer. Jon Bernthal also returned as the Punisher, making his MCU debut, and will star in a special TV feature as the character, in addition to appearing in next summer’s Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

With the return of fan-favorite characters and new additions, Season 2 promises more action, drama, and shocking moments for Daredevil fans.

The reveal at NYCC shows that Marvel is fully committed to expanding its street-level heroes in the MCU. With Jessica Jones back and Foggy’s return teased, this season could bring some of the most exciting storylines yet. What do you think about these returns and the upcoming season?
