When you first got to the Jaguars and began spending time around your teammates, especially in the weight room, was there anything that made you say, “Oh, if I want to be like so and so, I need to start doing this?” Anything that made you realize you needed to start going harder?

Nobody tells me to go harder. There are certain things you got to change, but I don't need nobody to tell me what I need to do. I already know what I need to do to be able to play at the level I'm trying to play at.

When it comes to playing on both sides of the ball, are there special things you have to do for recovery or endurance?

No. I just got to make sure my legs are up under me. That's it.

Are you doing any of the high-tech stuff, like the leg compression sleeves or blood flow restriction stuff?

I got all that stuff, but I think anybody can do that, and I think everybody does that. It's not like an extra thing I have to do.

Anything on sleep, hydration, how to handle a grueling NFL schedule?

No, I’m a great sleeper. I take naps still. I definitely have to nap once [a day] for about an hour.

How would you rate your speed? If you had to put a Madden rating on it, what would the number be?

My speed? I don’t know. I just run.

Is there any advice you would give college players who are about to enter the league?

You just got to be ready. They're not trying to teach you, they want to guide you with the playbook. You should know what they expect out of you. You got to go in and just work hard from day one.

You got to process things. You're in the huddle, you got to process two plays at one time, and then we can end up not calling none of those plays if the defense shows something different. On the defensive side of the ball, it's the same thing: play calling. You got to understand where you got to be. You got to understand the technique that they want you to use. You might not be comfortable with it, but you got to do it.

My final question is, what is your favorite flavor of OLIPOP?

Crisp apple!

I wouldn't say I was a fan beforehand, but I didn't have an alternative drink. I didn't really like soda. I wasn’t a soda kid. So, when I heard of OLIPOP, it was just easy and natural for me to go and be a part of that.
