“Can’t wait to say ‘Happy Stars’ again next year, when we make our return to the valley.”
Just days after wrapping the remarkable debut of his own curated music festival, Seven Stars, GRiZ has confirmed its return in 2026.
The camping festival launched in Arrington, Virginia over the weekend with three different performances by GRiZ as well as high-flying DJ sets from Subtronics, Levity, Of The Trees and EDM.com Class of 2025 artists Tape B and ALLEYCVT, among many others. The event’s debut effectively marked the end of an indefinite hiatus for its gregarious, saxophone-wielding founder, who is beloved for his community-driven electronic music events.
“Hosting a music festival is the peak of the career I’ve been lucky enough to enjoy,” GRiZ wrote in a heartfelt Instagram post. “Thank you for giving me the chance to bring a vision to life! Can’t wait to say ‘Happy Stars’ again next year, when we make our return to the valley.”
Reflecting on the weekend’s success, he credited attendees for maintaining respect for the venue throughout the event and creating an atmosphere he described as “more special than I could ever have imagined.” He also praised the technicians, stage crews, artists, media professionals and everyone else who pulled off the inaugural festival behind the scenes, likening their work to powering “a small functioning city.”
GRiZ has not yet announced the dates of Seven Stars 2026 at the time of this writing. Fans can register for updates on the festival’s official website.
